Accessibility target
NorthFirn uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a design and review target. This statement describes the current approach and does not claim that every page or third-party service has been formally certified.
Site features
The site is built with semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive reflow, meaningful text alternatives, a skip link, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Forms and interactive tools
Forms should have visible labels, understandable instructions, announced status messages, and a way to recover from an error. Essential information should remain available without relying on animation or color alone.
Videos and downloadable files
NorthFirn aims to provide captions or transcripts for substantive video content and accessible structure for important documents. If a published format creates a barrier, request an equivalent version.
Third-party services
Scheduling, payment, embedded media, vendor documentation, and other linked services may have their own accessibility limits. NorthFirn will provide a reasonable alternative for an essential NorthFirn task when possible.
Report a barrier
Send the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help. Accessibility reports are reviewed alongside other support requests.
